At the Cloverdale Rodeo

May 18-21, 2018 at Cloverdale Rode & Country Fair
Thanks everyone for a great show!

This was our fouth year at the Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair. Once again we presented a stunning line-up of eighteen exceptional artists who were on hand during the entire show to meet with our visitors and to explain their work and answer questions.

The West Fine Art Show was beautifully and professionally staged and provided a rare opportunity for people to connect with a wide variety of representational art most of which showcased our western Canada lifestyle.
Also, we featured:
Remembering Jeff Robinson Display
Lord Tweedsmuir Emerging Young Artists Display
John Gilliat on Guitar
Wine Bar
Art Draw

A few days after our 2017 show, Grace MacCarthy passed away.

On behalf of the West Fine Art Show and all the artists who have involved themselves with our shows in support of CH.I.L.D. Foundation, we extend our sympathy on the passing of Grace.

Her unparalleled service to British Columbia and its citizens will not be forgotten. She lived her life well and it has been our privilege to work alongside her these past few years.

Grace McCarthy  At our 2017 show opening, Red Robisnson spoke about his son Jeff and Crohn's Disease.  In the years to come we intend to honour Jeff's heroic battle with Crohn's Disease and at the same time join-in the fight to support CH.I.L.D Foundation in its work to eradicate this terrible disease.    Read Tom Zillich's story at Surrey Now   Red

Red Robinson and his wife Carole were presented this portrait of their son Jeff by artist Lalita Hamill at the opening of the West Fine Art Show. Lalita, after learning about Jeff Robinson and his battle with Crohn's Disease, decided to paint his portrait as an artistic way of remembering him. A "Remembering Jeff" wall, which tells Jeff's story, is an important feature of the art show which runs May 18 thru 21. Partial proceeds of all art sales will go to CH.I.L.D. Foundation which funds research for a cure for Chrohn's Disease.
